Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Cironza, an AI-powered brand validation product by Numerasync. By using Cironza, generating a report, looking up a report, or purchasing a full report, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Cironza on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Cironza helps users generate company or product name ideas and validate those names against signals such as .com domain availability, App Store availability, Google Play availability, AI brandability, and recommendation scores.

Cironza provides informational reports only. It does not provide legal advice, trademark clearance, intellectual property opinions, or a guarantee that a name is available, registrable, protectable, or safe to use.

You are responsible for the prompts, descriptions, keywords, avoid keywords, and other information you submit. You must have the rights needed to submit that information.

Before adopting, registering, investing in, or launching a brand name, you should perform your own review and consult qualified legal, trademark, domain, and marketplace professionals where appropriate.

You agree not to misuse Cironza, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, submit unlawful content, or use generated names in a way that violates another party's rights.

AI-generated names, scores, explanations, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to existing names, or unsuitable for your intended use. Validation signals can change quickly and may differ from official registries, marketplaces, domain registrars, or app store listings.

Domain, App Store, Google Play, and brandability checks are best-effort signals at the time of processing. A result marked available or low risk does not reserve the name, secure a domain, grant trademark rights, or prevent others from using it.

Preview reports may show a limited number of results. Full reports unlock additional generated names, detailed scores, checks, and recommendations after payment confirmation.

If you unlock a report, your invoice may include the report ID. You can use the report ID to look up the report later. Keep report IDs private because anyone with access to a report ID may be able to view the associated report.

Paid reports are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. Prices, included features, and availability may change before purchase, but the checkout page will show the price before you pay.

Stripe handles payment information, payment method validation, invoices, and related transaction processing. Cironza does not store full payment card details.

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, digital report purchases are non-refundable once the report is unlocked or generation has started. Contact support@cironza.com if there is a billing or delivery issue.

You retain rights to the information you submit, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, generate, validate, store, support, and improve Cironza.

Generated names are not assigned exclusively to you by Cironza. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and third parties may already use or own rights in similar names.

Cironza, the Cironza brand, product design, software, reports, scoring system, and underlying technology are owned by Numerasync or its licensors.

Cironza relies on third-party providers, including payment processors, AI providers, hosting providers, domain availability providers, app marketplace data sources, and search or validation services. We are not responsible for third-party services, data, outages, policies, or decisions.

Cironza is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, and uninterrupted operation.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on reports, names, scores, recommendations, or validation results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numerasync and Cironza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, rebranding costs, trademark disputes, domain losses, marketplace rejection, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

We may suspend or terminate access to Cironza if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, or used the service unlawfully.

We may update these Terms as Cironza evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
