Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Cironza collects and how we use information to generate, validate, unlock, and support brand reports.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. Who we are

Cironza is an AI-powered brand validation product by Numerasync. The service helps founders generate brand name ideas and validate names across domains, app marketplaces, and related brand conflict signals before they invest in a brand.

For privacy questions, contact us at support@cironza.com.

2. Information we collect

When you generate a report, we collect the product or startup description you submit, selected naming style and length, keywords, avoid keywords, generated brand names, scores, validation checks, report IDs, timestamps, and related report metadata.

When you unlock a paid report, payment is handled by Stripe. We may receive payment status, checkout session identifiers, invoice or payer email information, and limited transaction metadata needed to unlock and support the report. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

When you use report lookup or support links, we may process report IDs, email addresses, and messages you send to us.

We may collect technical information such as browser, device, IP address, request logs, error logs, and local storage state used to restore an in-progress checkout or report flow.

3. How we use information

We use submitted information to generate brand name ideas, validate availability and conflict signals, score results, create preview and full reports, process checkout unlocks, provide report lookup, respond to support requests, detect abuse, debug errors, and improve service reliability.

Cironza may use AI systems and validation providers to process your submitted product description, keywords, generated names, and validation targets. Do not submit confidential information that you are not comfortable having processed for these purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use Stripe for checkout, payment processing, invoices, fraud prevention, and payment status confirmation. Stripe processes payment and transaction data under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may use domain availability providers, app marketplace search sources, search APIs, hosting providers, logging tools, and AI infrastructure providers to operate the service and generate reports.

5. Local storage and cookies

Cironza can store checkout state in your browser local storage so a report can be restored after returning from Stripe checkout. This may include a pending report ID, checkout session ID, excluded names, preview report data, and the generation request used for the report.

Third-party services such as Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies during checkout and fraud prevention.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Cironza, including payment processing, hosting, AI processing, validation checks, analytics, security, and support.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights and users, to investigate abuse or fraud, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Retention

We retain reports, report metadata, payment unlock status, support records, and operational logs for as long as reasonably needed to provide report lookup, customer support, accounting, security, legal compliance, and service improvement.

You can request deletion of personal information by contacting support@cironza.com. We may need to retain limited records where required for invoices, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and you are responsible for keeping report IDs and invoice access secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact support@cironza.com to make a request.

If you use Stripe checkout, payment-related privacy requests may also need to be directed to Stripe because Stripe separately processes payment information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Cironza evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
